"The taste is key," says Harald Riedlsperger, chef and junior manager at Hotel Almrausch, hitting the taste of our guests. We place a lot of emphasis on regional products in our kitchen, for example dairy products come from Pinzgau Milch in Maishofen, eggs from Saalfelden and a large part of our meat comes from local meadows and forests.
Nothing beats local delicacies from the woods and meadows - so it sometimes happens that our guests bring us chanterelles, porcini mushrooms or "Moosbee" (blueberries) from their hikes - and these are turned into real treats by our kitchen crew. In any case, the menus at the Almrausch Restaurant are varied and really tasty!
